We pack all the products in the utmost safety but unfortunately transit handling sometimes can break products. To ensure your satisfaction, we've crafted a comprehensive shipping protection policy with multiple options tailored just for you.

1. Soft Pressed, Gentle Hands:
Our multichrome eyeshadows are exceptionally soft-pressed, allowing for easy restoration if any breakage occurs during transit. Simply use your hands to press the shadows back into place – no complicated machinery OR chemical solution like rubbing alcohol required. You can use the back of any product that fits the pan size to press it back as well. We believe in empowering you to restore the beauty of your palette effortlessly that can happen any time in life,and not just during delivery.

2. Replacement Process with Ease in case of theft:
For those who prefer a replacement, we've streamlined the process for your convenience. In the unfortunate event of significant theft, provide us with a screenshot of the documented delivery date, and file an FIR (First Information Report) at your local police station. This simple procedure ensures a swift resolution, and once completed, we'll process the replacement palette to be delivered to your doorstep.

How to File an FIR for Replacement of stolen package:
1. Visit your nearest police station.
2. Explain the situation and request to file an FIR for a stolen package.
3. Provide essential details such as the delivery date, order details, and a brief description of the damage.
4. Obtain a copy of the FIR and email it to us, we will be shipping a brand new one to you.

3. Unbox with Transparency:
For customers opting for a refund or replacement for damaged palette arrival , we request transparency through an unboxing video. Share a real-time recording of the palette's condition upon arrival. In capital letters, we emphasize: YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PALETTE so we can verify the damage occurred during transit. Based on your preference, we offer either a 60% refund or the option to replace the palette if damage is beyond fixing possibilities.

In exceptional cases, you are liable to pay RTO (Return shipping to warehouse ) charges + payment platform transaction taxes on the refunding amount.
